By 2025, there will be an extra one million workers over the age of 50 in the UK. With an ageing population and a hospitality labour shortage, businesses are seeking new solutions to fill their staffing needs.
One solution is to tap into the older workforce. Ed visits The Dorchester in London, which has seen an increase in its older workers, to find out how it promotes itself as an age friendly place to work.
