DJ Edu is joined for a return visit by Afrobeats superstar Yemi Alade from Nigeria. She introduces her brand new single Boyz and describes what it was like to have all her plans cancelled, including a performance in New York鈥檚 Carnegie Hall with Angelique Kidjo.
The TIA spotlight falls on Rooofa, an Algerian rapper who is committed to boosting the urban music scene in his country, and who has challenged Arab macho culture and written what could be described as a love song to his father.
DJ Edu continues to find hot tracks from unexpected corners of the motherland 鈥� this week his 10 in 10 includes songs from Sao Tome and Ethiopia.
