麻豆社 Serbian Returns but is There Demand?

It's been seven years since the 麻豆社's Serbian language section closed, and now it's back, but is there demand?

This past week has seen the 麻豆社 launch its 12th new language service - the last one in its recent expansion plans. 麻豆社 News Serbian is digital only, so there are no radio broadcasts, but it does see a return to the country for the World Service after a seven year break. But why do we need a 麻豆社 Serbian service at this time?
