Argentina election: Centre-left party wins presidency

Opposition candidate Alberto Fernández has been elected president of Argentina in a vote dominated by economic concerns. Mr Fernández secured more than the 45% of the vote needed to win, beating conservative incumbent Mauricio Macri.
Also on the programme, EU ambassadors have agreed to accept the UK's request for a Brexit "flextension" until January 31 2020. And we hear from Silicon Valley, where Instagram is extending a ban on graphic posts, and Virgin Galactic launches on the New York Stock Exchange in a first for space tourism.
