Sudan massacre: 麻豆社 investigation suggests attack ordered from the top

The 麻豆社 has found evidence that the mass killing of protesters in Sudan last month was ordered from the top and planned in advance. Two officers from the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces who took part in the attack said instructions were given almost two weeks earlier.
