Elite runner's top tips for marathon prep

Elite runner Anya Culling shares her tips on how to successfully prepare for a marathon.

She explains the benefits of having energy gels, 鈥測ou should be topping up those glycogen stores鈥�.

Anya also says a good secondary source of energy can be found from foods with healthy fats like salmon, avocado and olive oil.
