The Reading woman who explored the Mary Rose
Dr Lesley Runnalls from Reading helped uncover items from the wreckage of the Mary Rose which sank during the Battle of the Solent in 1545. She joined the team in 1977 and often had to dive 60 feet below the surface of the water. She's been telling 麻豆社 Radio Berkshire's Kirsten O'Brien about some of the items she found while excavating.
