'We've been hemmed in' - Anger over underground reservoir
Springwell Village residents say they feel "misled" by plans to build an underground reservoir there.
Northumbrian Water says it needs to build the site to eventually supply 250,000 homes, but locals say nobody realised just how tall it would be.
