Thousands of trees in new woodland for Cheshire
Conservationists at Chester Zoo say they hope the planting of 19-thousand trees in an unused field will create a new sanctuary for wildlife.
The new area of woodland, which is almost ten hectares in size, is expected to mature in the next ten to fifteen years.
It's one of the largest tree planting initiatives to take place in Cheshire for several years.
