Rachel Burrows from Potterne in Wiltshire has uploaded a poetry piece about taking in the awe inspiring location of St Lawrence Seaway with her young family and eating breakfast with the sound of whales in the bay. She wrote the poem as a way of capturing the location as she felt photos alone didn't do it justice. Community worker turned podcaster Melanie Benn has uploaded an episode of her organisations podcast 'The Community Action Pod' which helps to shine a light on community led projects in the Forest of Dean area. Adam chats to her about why she started the podcast and what it is that she loves about it so much. But also about the kit she uses to record it. Frome based poet Lily Bell has uploaded a poem that's her response to the state of addiction.
