Thousands gather for Essex jamboree
More than 4,500 Scouts and Guides from 40 countries are visiting Essex for an international Jamboree near Chelmsford. The event has been held for one week every four years since 1927 and also involves about 1,300 leaders, 1,400 camp staff, plus 700 day visitors.
