'We're not less able, just differently abled'
A para-athlete from Lincoln says there's no reason why people with disabilities should miss out on participating in sport and exercise.
Debbie O'Connell, who has an upper limb disability, took up adaptive CrossFit in 2023 and will be taking part in the Adaptive CrossFit Games in Texas in September.
She says it demonstrates that many exercises and sports can be adjusted to suit people with injuries and disabilities.
