The trial is set for the students suing UCL over the Covid pandemic disrupting teaching.

When the Covid pandemic shut down much of day-to-day life in 2020, many university students who had expected a thriving social life found themselves studying in their bedrooms and tuning into lectures online. Four years on, the High Court ruled that around 5,000 students from University College London will be able to take their case for compensation to trial.
