Performance poet Jemima Hughes
Get to know the Birmingham based spoken word artist, including her latest work 'She Said'. Jemima opens up to Nina about how she found writing an escape from trauma, which included a mental health breakdown, sexual violence and attempted kidnapping.
Now touring all over the country, with books under her belt, Jemima talks about the incredible experiences she's had whilst performing, including a mother who walked up to her and said 'now I know how my daughter feels'. Jemima lives around King's Norton.
