Shababs' Chicken Balti

- 250g raw breast chicken, dicedÂ
- 1 garlic clove, choppedÂ
- ½ small onion, dicedÂ
- ¼ green pepper, dicedÂ
- ½ tomatoÂ
- ½ tsp saltÂ
- ½ tsp turmeric powderÂ
- ½ tsp paprikaÂ
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp cumin powderÂ
- ½ tsp dried fenugreek leavesÂ

- Chopped green chillies to tasteÂ

- 2 tbsp vegetable oilÂ
- 1 medium onion, peeled and choppedÂ
