Joint Enterprise convictions: young man鈥檚 interview in full
People can be convicted of joint enterprise murder even if they鈥檙e not at the scene. Figures show this disproportionately affects young men of colour, like the guest in this interview. He was arrested aged 15 and given a life sentence at 16, for a murder he says happened 200 yards away.
