In the lead-up to Halloween you may have been out and about buying pumpkins.

However, apart from carving them and using them as decorations, you may have been wondering how you can use pumpkins in a recipe or what they taste like.

It turns out there are many interesting dishes you can try out which use pumpkins, such as soups and veloutes.
