It was all change again for Doctor Who in 1974, as Jon Pertwee left and Tom Baker took the controls of the TARDIS, a part he would stay in for 7 years. Tom鈥檚 Doctor would become a firm favourite with fans and the public alike and he presided over one of the show鈥檚 most popular eras.
