Birmingham City Council have announced they're supporting business, charities and the community as part of Cost of Living Week.

Black Country based Peaky Dippers have found what they think could be the biggest haul of weapons ever known in magnet fishing.

We speak to Zoe Bennett from Sutton Coldfield, who's been awarded a British Empire Award for a life is dedicated to supporting and coaching people in the West Midlands.

And the Black Country 'delicacy' orange chips features in a new book.
