College 'hospital wards' to train next generation of nurses
It's hoped that two hospital wards, set up to help train the next generation of nurses, will inspire more young people to take up a career in healthcare.
They have been set up at Leicester College and include the latest equipment used in the NHS to provide a realistic experience for students.
麻豆社 Radio Leicester's Khush Sameja has been for a behind the scenes tour, and first met with with Cathy Rudham who heads the T Levels in Health, Nursing, Midwifery and Mental Health at Leicester College's Abbey Park Campus.
