Many goodbyes have already been said as Wilko stores up and down the country have closed their doors for good over the last few weeks.

But by Sunday evening they鈥檒l all have shut forever. The company started out in Leicester in the 1930s as a general hardware store and built up a dedicated following among staff and shoppers.

It grew to more than 400 stores with 12 and a half thousand workers.

Emma Simpson has been to one store in Leicester to catch up with staff on their final day.
