Sophie hears about Oxford's pollution pods & unsung sporting heroes with Max Whitlock.

New "pollution pods" in Oxford show us what the air is like in London, San Paolo, Beijing and New Delhi. But how bad is air pollution here and what effect does it have on us?

Last week was the launch of the Sports Personality of the Year鈥檚 UNSUNG HERO award. I caught up with Olympic Gymnast Max Whitlock who is SPOTY鈥檚 official Unsung Hero ambassador.

A local medic has spoken of her experiences of covid in a new film played to members of parliament, Sophie speaks to a local health expert about what factors contributed to the UK having one of the highest excess covid death rates in the developed world.
