Epsom Greenbelt protesters - dressed as horses
Epsom & Ewell Borough Council wants to build new homes on the greenbelt and some people are not happy about it.
They're so angry, that on Saturday, they got together to protest at the plans - over 200 people took part, waving banners, wearing green belts and chanting "Green not Greed". It's been decribed as one of the biggest residents protests ever held in Epsom.
Campaigners say the Draft Local Plan involves building more than 2000 houses on green belt sites by the year 2040.
Steve Gebbett is from the Epsom & Ewell Green Belt Group and was at the protest on Saturday.
We also hear from Councillor Steven McCormick - Chair of the Licensing and Planning Policy Committee at Epsom and Ewell BC.
