Royal Victoria Hotel to be made safe "as fast as humanly possible"

The building in Newport has been declared unsafe, forcing the closure of St Mary's Street. Local councillor Peter Scott says it's causing major problems for businesses and residents, while director Roger Brock explained why the building's redevelopment had taken so long.
