'When it comes to coaching cricket for young people, what's important is their passion'
Cricket Legend Mudassar Nazar has been in Leicester to meet young players at the city's Cricket Academy.
Nazar is a former coach of the Pakistan team, with a career in Test cricket for Pakistan and league cricket in England.
He's been telling Summaya about his career, his visit to the Leicester academy, and his thoughts on Leicestershire player Rehan Ahmed - following England's historic win against Pakistan in the final Test in Karachi.
At 18 years and 128 days, Ahmed became the youngest man to play a Test for England when he took to the field in Karachi.
