Grime artist turned chef Big Zuu is back on the road, and this time he鈥檚 heading west to Bristol, the hometown of TV presenter and social media queen Maya Jama. Maya is enjoying a rare day off and has headed to a local bar with her mum for a crash course in cocktail making - and drinking.

Inspired by her part-Swedish and part-Somali roots, Zuu serves up a feast that combines Scandinavian pastries, his unique take on posh chicken nuggets and a very boozy pineapple dessert.
