Is the Queen's death 'the end of divinely-ordained kingship'?

In an opinion piece for Unheard.com - a version of which was recorded as an essay for the 麻豆社 World Service's Weekend programme -, he says that Europeans "pretended with her and for her" to accept a God-given right to rule in a way that they will no longer tolerate.
