The Cork fishmonger who made the Queen laugh
During the historic visit by Queen Elizabeth II to the Republic of Ireland in 2011, she paid a visit to Cork's English Market. There she met some of the market traders, including fishmonger Pat O'Connell. Pat spoke to Sarah and Joel on GMU about making the monarch laugh, getting a private audience with her several years later at Buckingham Palace -- and why he believes her visit to Ireland was a watershed moment.
