With the sharp increase in energy bills, schools are warning their budgets are being stretched to breaking point.
The Oldham Academy North has had its fair share of challenges during the last few years. Covid has been disrupting teachers and students, and it might again this winter. Last year, on top of all that the school was damaged in a flood.
But now there鈥檚 also the rising cost of energy to contend with - and the impact it has on what they say is an already stretched budget.
For 5 Minutes On, 麻豆社 Correspondent Ellie Price has been looking into how schools are preparing for the new term - their worries and concerns - in what seems like, yet again, unprecedented times.
