Pakistan floods: ’50 million people homeless’
Aid is starting to arrive in Pakistan to help tens of millions of people affected by devastating monsoon floods that have submerged a third of the country.
Shandana Gulzar Khan is an MP in Pakistan. She told Newsday: “We have unconfirmed deaths of between 1,200 and 1,600 people…injured numbers are countless…fifty million people at this point in time are homeless.â€
