Bath professor in book about women astronomers
The University of Bath's Carole Mundell tells her story in 'The Sky Is for Everyone: Stories of Women Astronomers in Their Own Words'.
She talks to Simon Parkin about becoming interested in astronomy and what a Professor of Extragalactic Astronomy does.
Carole tells Simon she gets to "catch the death throes of massive stars and the birth cries of massive new black holes being formed."
