Sioux Watkins was attacked at knife point whilst walking in a country park, she decided to use that experience to help others and she created a self defense program for women, empowering them to feel safe and be safe. The course attracted so much attention that over 350 women came forward inspired by her bravery and courage to overcome her own distress and fear to help others.
