The art of cutting carbon

The 麻豆社's environment analyst, Roger Harrabin, reports on the British artists who are working to highlight the amount of carbon dioxide emitted by big industries.

The issues thrown up by climate change have never been more urgent. It's affecting our food, our businesses, our politics, our lives. But how much do we really know about what's causing the pollution in our environment?

The 麻豆社's environment analyst, Roger Harrabin, is leaving the corporation after a 35-year career. In his final assignment, he's been investigating the CO2-producing big industries that make the materials around us - including concrete, steel, aluminium, plastic and cardboard.

For 5 Minutes On, Roger explores how art can help to raise awareness of industrial scale pollution. He talks to artists working on a unique project called 'The Art of Cutting Carbon'. And he gets exclusive access to the advanced tech that could save our planet.
