The Battersea Big Dipper disaster - 50 Years on
On 30 May 1972 the Big Dipper at Battersea Park in south-west London crashed, killing five children and injuring 13 others.
Until now, there鈥檚 been no memorial or any information about the tragedy in the park or anywhere else in London.
Reporter Anna O鈥橬eill talks to survivors of the disaster and the bereaved about what happened and their campaign for a memorial.
The five children who died were: Alison Comerford 15, David Sait 15, Thomas Harmer 12, Deborah Robertson 12 and Shirley Nash 8.
