There鈥檚 a significant political shift in Northern Ireland - the part of the UK with a turbulent history. For many years, it has been dominated by parties who want to either retain its place in the UK, or to bring about a united Ireland. But the election to the devolved Assembly has seen a surge in support for a party which is neither unionist nor nationalist - the cross-community Alliance Party.
