Charlie Fogarty MBE from Shirley suffered a terrible brain injury aged 15 and ten years on, he's launching a major fundraising campaign for The Birmingham Children鈥檚 Hospital and The Children鈥檚 Trust, which both helped care for him following the collisions, as well as his own Charlie Fogarty Foundation.
