With the cost of living going up, it'll cost people more to pay electricity and food bills. To help our canine companions, the K9 Club have set up a dog foodbank to help those worried about affording pet food. Owner Andy O'Brien has been speaking to 麻豆社 CWR's Kat Beauchamp about the service.
