Children鈥檚 homes are supposed to provide safe accommodation for those who have nowhere else to go. But some people strongly oppose homes being opened in their communities, citing stereotypes about anti-social behaviour and fears that their own homes will decline in value. For one teenager - Lee - his childhood growing up in care has damaged his chances of finding work. The writer and poet Lemn Sissay also grew up in a children鈥檚 home and is working hard to tackle the stigma that surrounds them.
