She hinted there may be more to come: 鈥淚 definitely have a couple of tricks I might want to put into tomorrow's final and step it up. I'm excited,鈥 she said. The 19-year-old, whose sister Izzy won slopestyle bronze in PyeongChang, was fourth at the X Games and won bronze at last year鈥檚 World Championships. But she faces a tough challenge to get in among the medals in a field that includes Eileen Gu, the 18-year-old, who already has a gold and a silver from these Games, and is looking to achieve an unprecedented freeski treble. Competing in three events has meant a busy Games for Gu but she says she is prepared: 鈥淚t's definitely not easy, but I ran a half-marathon every week over the summer to prepare. I feel proud of the work I've done to build up my endurance base, so this is what I've been preparing for." Meanwhile, slopestyle bronze medallist Kelly Sildaru of Estonia celebrated her 20th birthday yesterday by clinching her place in the final. Splitting those two in qualifying was Canada鈥檚 Rachael Karker.
