Heavy drinker gives up alcohol after ketamine trial
Grant Norris hasn't had a drink since taking part in a University of Exeter study, which ended in February 2020.
Academics at the university found heavy drinkers stayed off alcohol for longer when they were treated with low doses of ketamine and psychological therapy.
Grant, an events organiser, was one of 96 people with alcohol problems who took part in the trial.
The father-of-four talks to Claire Carter about his drinking and how the treatment has helped him to give up alcohol.
