COP26: Bringing nature back to areas affected by deforestation
More than 100 world leaders have promised to end and reverse deforestation by 2030, at COP26.
Projects like Restor can show communities how to create and manage new planting initiatives in areas devastated by forest loss. This bamboo plantation in Kenya has transformed arable land into a sustainable site that's benefitting local farmers and capturing more carbon.
