A Leicestershire sailor has told us that his Olympic Gold medal victory hasn't yet sunk in.
Dylan Fletcher clinched gold alongside his teammate Stuart Bithell in the 49er class.
Dylan said the challenging conditions in Japan required some very specialist training.
