Belsonic music festival promoter Alan Simms says being double vaccinated one way to get access to his gigs
The organisers of the Belsonic festival and Custom House Square events say Covid certificates will be needed by anyone attending their outdoor gigs. Fans will have to prove they're either double vaccinated, have covid anti-bodies or have had a negative Covid test.
