Christiano Ronaldo: Joint world's highest men's international goal-scorer
Christiano Ronaldo scored his 109th international goal on Wednesday night in Portugal's match against France in Euro 2020 - and now holds a joint world record for goal-scoring for men's football. Ali Daei, who scored 109 goals for Iran between 1993 and 2006, and Ronaldo are the only two male players to score 90 or more international goals.
麻豆社 correspondent Maz Farookhi watched the match and decribes his performance as "an incredible achievement for a player who just keeps re-writing the record books".
