Life after Perinatal Illness
She wants women across Coventry and Warwickshire with lived experience of maternal mental health illness to reach out with hand-written messages to others who are currently struggling.
The project has been picked up by health services across the country, with letters sent as far afield as Botswana.
"The women who have received these letters have found them to be so authentic and supportive at what can be a really lonely and difficult time," said Claire Price, Associate Director of Midwifery at George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton.
