George Floyd killer calls for new trial
Derek Chauvin, who was captured on video kneeling on George Floyd's neck for more than nine minutes, was found guilty of murder and manslaughter. The former police officer's legal team have filed court documents alleging misconduct by both prosecutors and jurors. Jonathan Turley is Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University in Washington DC. What does he make of this legal challenge?
