Hertford Street to be transformed with bright colour
Getting ready for City of Culture - the council have hired worldwide renowned artist Morag Myerscough to paint the town red. . .yellow, blue, green, pink, orange and black!
Morag is known for her bold, colourful artwork and Hertford Street will be transformed with ALL the colours in the rainbow. . . The work is due to start soon and will be completed by the Spring.
