North Tyneside man shares his emotional story of almost dying from coronavirus and urging others to keep to the rules.

Jan Bernard from Whitley Bay is only 38 and had to be treated in intensive care last year.

He was fit and healthy before testing positive and is now on medication for Long Covid. Jan wants people to remember anyone can get the disease.
