Facebook removes Trump post over 'harmful' Covid-19 claim
Twitter has suspended one of Donald Trump's accounts, saying that a video interview with the president posted on the site breaches its rules. Facebook deleted the same clip, which claims that children are almost immune, calling it "harmful Covid misinformation" - the first time that the platform has acted on one of the president's posts.
Jon Sopel, 麻豆社 North American correspondent, explains why this is a significant move by the social media companies and what has prompted them to do this.
