Is the coronavirus pandemic a lesson in living with nature?
Pictures of azure blue skies and videos of wild animals venturing into cities have been a common sight during lockdowns across the world to contain the coronavirus outbreak. But for many species, the hidden toll of the pandemic has been increased risk of poaching and trafficking. WorklifeIndia鈥檚 Tulika Bhatnagar spoke to wildlife conservationist Latika Nath, who has spent more than 30 years studying and photographing animals, on the impact of the pandemic on wildlife and whether it can serve as a watershed moment to curb illegal wildlife trade.
